After a terrible experience at a different Chrysler dealership, I decided to give Opelika Chrysler a try. I was very impressed. Hunter was the Service Advisor who helped me. He was very well-spoken & didn’t pressure me into anything I didn’t need. He processed my discount from the Chrysler mobile app and set me up for a full synthetic oil change. I decided to wait in the lobby. I did pay the Parts department for an engine filter. Wes was very kind and answered a few questions about product availability. Our truck had #6 fuel injector fail while driving through Opelika while on vacation road trip from Idaho. We had Opelika Dodge/Ram make the repairs. We decided to just have all 6 injectors replaced just encase. They said that it would be 2 weeks to get the factory fuel injectors in, so I had to find them local from auto parts store and provide them for install. We just couldn't wait two weeks stuck in Alabama. All the employees were friendly and worked with us through our unfortunate breakdown. They got us on the road home to Idaho within a week. ...



By far the WORST experience I have ever had with a service department. They lied to me multiple days in a row that someone was diagnosing my car only to find out on the fourth day that no one had laid eyes on my car yet… Also, Heather was extremely rude when I went in to try and pick up my car. I drove from Montgomery to purchase a truck after seeing it online at Cars.com. I confirmed it was there and the Cam would be taking care of us. My son and I test drove it and they worked up a sheet based on the numbers that were advertised at full asking price. Their offer for my trade was extremely low. This is the worst place EVER!! Do not take your car here! I’ve never had such a bad experience than this. Took my car here because I thought they would be quick and easy. They had my car for three weeks and didn’t even let me know it was going to be that long. Whenever I called I would just get sent to voicemail or they would say they would have someone call me back and no one ever would. Over half the bill was the service fee!!! I found our car somewhere else because their communication was so slow and their prices were deceiving. It took 4 emails and 3 phone calls to finally talk to someone that could answer my 1 and only question. When I finally talked to them, they told me the car I was looking at was now $6,000 more than yesterday! No explanation given and no attempt to bring the price back to a reasonable level. I just spent 3+ hours attempting to purchase a new F-250 Lariat Tremor using the Disabled American Veterans x-plan. I drive 125 miles to come and see this and another vehicle. We bought a car from this dealer August 9, 2023. The on line price advertised price was $42,000 when they wrote the deal the base price went to $44.000. When we challenged the price we were told that we needed to finance the car thru them. We gave them a $10,000 cashiers check and asked who did they use for financing. They said B of A which we were pre approved for a 6.2% loan at B of A. Our credit score was 877 with B of A. So it seemed Okay. We left with the vehicle to travel back to Tennessee. Said my fuel pump was bad , had a suspicion it was a wire issue. They replaced a fuel pump , cleaned the fuel system. They never called to update me. I had to call them. Anyhow a week later it did the same thing. Took it to a friend of mines mechanic and sure enough it was a wire that needed repaired. The service dept. Can't troubleshoot. 1,900.00 shot. Opelika ford ( Fabian & Rickey) sold me on a specific truck and got me to schedule a test drive. Set the test drive up for the next day because the dealership is 4 hours 205 miles one way! Next day I received half a dozen texts messages and pictures of the vehicle wanting confirmation that We were coming! We confirmed and drove the 205 miles to walk into a trashy dealership- literally garbage and fast food trash everywhere, to be told the truck in question cannot even be sold.
